CANCELATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Your appointments at SB Wax & Beauty Lounge are of utmost importance to us. Reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. When you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the chance to fill that slot, and clients on our waiting list lose the opportunity to receive services.

"No-show" clients will be charged 50% of booked services.

We have a 10-minute late policy for all clients. If the client exceeds 10 minutes they will have to be rescheduled.

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

Appointments at SB Wax & Beauty Lounge are reserved exclusively for the scheduled client only. Additional guests and children are not permitted during appointments.

Pets are not permitted during appointments.

For the comfort, safety, and uninterrupted experience of all clients, SB reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or refuse services if the environment becomes disruptive.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS/TEXT MESSAGES

As a courtesy, we will email or text to confirm your service appointments 24 hours before your appointment date. Please remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the associated cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF SERVICE OR PURCHASE.

WAXING WARNINGS

Updated: May 13, 2026 Certain medications can make the skin sensitive to waxing. Please read labels carefully and consult your dermatologist if you are taking any medication or using any topical cream before your appointment.
